Department Manager – Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Department Manager to lead our Beauty department in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, monitor results and identify commercial opportunities to exceed targets.
• Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service, resolve complaints promptly and uphold brand image.
• Manage stock loss by enforcing ATG policies, conduct stock takes and analyse inventory data.
• Prepare and support sales promotions, brand activities and visual merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Maintain health & safety standards, ensure compliance with company policies and build professional relationships with business partners.
• Analyse sales per square foot, market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
