About the role
Join growtalent inc. as a Departmental Secretary and provide dedicated administrative support to one of our core teams in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate meetings, maintain departmental records, and act as the primary administrative contact for staff, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support department managers and staff with administrative needs.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Maintain departmental records, reports, budgets, invoices, and expenses.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of administrative experience, preferably within a specific department such as HR, Finance, or Legal.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with departmental systems.
