Deployment Engineer & Architect (AI Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for our customers in the UAE. This hybrid role combines hands‑on engineering with architecture leadership to deliver production‑ready, secure, and scalable AI agents that transform business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Build, deploy, and integrate agents using Copilot Studio with enterprise systems.
• Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to extend agent capabilities.
• Lead technical design for the Agent Factory delivery and scaling models.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, data orchestration, and Azure AI landing zones.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across all solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Advisors and customer teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience in .NET, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design scalable, cloud‑native architectures on Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and multi‑agent orchestration patterns.
• Understanding of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and data protection requirements.
• Comfortable working in fast‑evolving AI environments and taking ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
