Design Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Design Manager to optimise the journey from ad impression to purchase or enquiry. Working remotely, you will shape acquisition journeys, create banner, video and ad copy, and present strategic recommendations to international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve acquisition journeys, redesign landing pages, forms and checkout flows in Figma with clear developer specifications.
• Create static, animated and HTML5 display and social ads for platforms such as Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency across formats.
• Manage video production from brief to delivery, including supplier selection, budgeting, timelines and licensing.
• Write and test ad copy, develop messaging angles for different audiences and ensure compliance.
• Run creative tests, analyse performance data, and apply generative tools for image, video and copy production where beneficial.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of design experience focused on direct‑response advertising, including paid social, display and landing pages.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition flows with measurable conversion results.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to present work with evidence.
• Fluent written and spoken English and experience working effectively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating HTML5 creative and working with motion/animation tools such as After Effects.
• Video production management, including supplier coordination and budgeting.
• Copywriting for ads with testing experience.
• Use of generative AI tools in live client work and familiarity with experimentation platforms like VWO or Optimizely.
