Design Manager – Landscape Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a landscape design team delivering residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Dubai and the UAE. You will own the full design lifecycle, from concept creation to construction documentation, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of landscape designers, draughtsmen and freelancers.
• Develop conceptual, schematic and detailed designs for diverse projects.
• Collaborate with sales, construction and project‑management teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits, gather measurements and assess existing conditions.
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations, environmental guidelines and company standards.
• Control project timelines and design budgets to achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain quality control from graphic presentation to construction documentation.
• Work closely with estimation, operations and construction teams to preserve design intent.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and sustainable practices.
• Guarantee brand consistency across all visual communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in landscape design and concept development.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑management abilities.
