Senior Product Designer – Design Systems (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation and evolution of enterprise‑scale design systems for our banking and fintech solutions. The role is based onsite in Dubai and involves shaping user experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and scale a comprehensive design system used across multiple product lines.
• Develop high‑fidelity UI/UX for iOS, Android and web applications, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers and agile squads to deliver features in an iterative environment.
• Integrate AI‑driven solutions into the user experience where applicable.
• Conduct end‑to‑end UX research, prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a product or senior product designer.
• Proven track record in large‑scale BFS/Fintech or corporate banking projects.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work within agile squads.
• Experience delivering products for the SME or corporate banking segment.
