DevOps Specialist (UAE National) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist (UAE National) to build and maintain automation pipelines, improve deployment reliability and ensure a stable, scalable infrastructure for our cloud‑native applications. The role works closely with development and operations teams to optimise CI/CD processes and monitor system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, operation and automation of cloud‑native applications.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and assist with cloud platform operations.
• Design, develop and maintain Java applications following best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code, unit tests and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in software engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• UAE National / Emirati status.

Required skills

• Linux operating system.
• Git version control.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Scripting with Bash or Python.
• Java development.
