DFM Services Specialist

About the role

We are an established government services company in Dubai expanding into Dubai Financial Market (DFM) investor services. We are looking for a DFM Services Specialist to act as the single point of contact for all DFM‑related transactions at our branch and to build this new service line from the ground up. The role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of DFM procedures who wants to own a growing service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on all DFM services, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Process investor transactions such as NIN registration, account updates, share transfers and dividend‑related requests.
• Advise customers on required documentation and verify each submission for accuracy before filing.
• Follow up on open applications and keep customers informed about their status.
• Stay up‑to‑date with DFM rules, procedures and system changes, sharing knowledge with branch colleagues.
• Help design workflows, checklists and service standards for the new DFM desk.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and meet service targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with DFM investor services, preferably in a brokerage, custodian, registrar or service centre.
• Solid understanding of DFM procedures, document requirements and online e‑services.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple open cases and follow‑ups.
• Comfortable working independently as the owner of a service line.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of email communication tools.
