Digital and Social Media Director

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Digital & Social Media Director to lead our social strategy, paid advertising, content production and client servicing. The role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, requiring fluency in Arabic and close collaboration with regional clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own social media and digital advertising strategy for all managed brands.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of social media managers, content producers and paid‑media specialists.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and other platforms, managing budgets and reporting ROI/ROAS.
• Oversee end‑to‑end content production, including shoots, editing, creative direction and publishing calendars for Arabic‑ and English‑speaking audiences.
• Act as senior client point of contact, presenting strategy, performance reports and creative recommendations while managing expectations and budgets.
• Build and present regular performance reports, delivering actionable insights to guide content and ad strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on social media and digital advertising.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and English.
• Proven experience leading a social media team and managing client accounts.
• Hands‑on experience in social content production (shoots, editing, creative process).
• Solid knowledge of paid social platforms and strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
