Digital Brand Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Brand Marketing Associate supports the Regional Brand Marketing Manager by managing projects, executing multi‑channel campaigns, and providing analytical insights to boost brand visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and measure digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Optimize promotional budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with aggregators, third‑party platform managers, agencies and internal designers to launch ATL and BTL initiatives.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports, providing data and ROI analytics.
• Manage content calendars, social media presence, and landing page development.
• Track expenses, process purchase orders and ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct conversion tests, analyze user funnels and recommend improvements.
• Support the operations team in executing marketing plans and sales promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or e‑commerce.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation abilities.
