Digital Consultant Intern – Smart & Digital

About the role

WSP is looking for a creative and curious Digital Consultant Intern to join its Smart & Digital team in Sharjah for a six‑month internship. The role offers hands‑on exposure to client‑facing consulting, digital strategy and product development within the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary projects for cities, buildings and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the design and development of user‑centred digital products, services and experiences.
• Assist in creating UI/UX prototypes and visual designs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on digital strategy and emerging technology research.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for client meetings.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Engineering).
• Strong interest in technology, digital consulting and the built environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
