Digital Learning Experience & Content Lead

About the role

The Digital Learning Experience & Content Lead will build and continuously evolve Americana's enterprise digital learning capability across brands and markets. Reporting to the Head of L&D, the role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on design, production and delivery of mobile‑first learning experiences that drive performance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve the enterprise digital learning strategy, operating model, governance and service standards.
• Act as subject‑matter authority for digital learning experience design, AI‑enabled content production and multimedia development.
• Design end‑to‑end mobile‑first learning interventions, including scripting, storyboarding, prototyping and production of priority assets.
• Own the digital learning pipeline, prioritising requirements based on business impact, scalability and risk.
• Establish and govern intake, localisation, publishing, maintenance and retirement processes for all digital content.
• Partner with IT, Digital and platform owners to define functional requirements and evaluate learning technologies.

Required profile

• Operates with high autonomy and independent judgement, diagnosing capability gaps and shaping scalable solutions.
• Influences senior stakeholders across operations, brands, markets and functions without formal authority.
