Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning interior fit‑out and design studio delivering high‑end residential, hospitality and cultural projects across the UAE and internationally, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and coordinate its full marketing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and external partners.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity, reviewing all content before publishing.
• Manage website updates, project portfolios and copy using a CMS.
• Plan editorial and blog calendars, ensuring SEO‑friendly structure.
• Draft press releases, manage media relations and award submissions.
• Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitor budgets, ROI and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimisations.
• Coordinate exhibitions, launches and industry events, handling timelines and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, design or premium sectors.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and external collaborators.
• Highly organised, execution‑driven and able to work on‑site in Dubai.
• Interest in design, architecture, art or luxury brands.
