About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead social media strategy and execution for INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries, driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and growth. This bilingual position combines creative content production with paid campaign management and real‑time audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all subsidiaries.
• Grow and manage presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, videos, and promotional materials.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social media campaigns in line with business objectives.
• Monitor trends, conduct market and competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with audiences in real time, responding to comments, messages, and conversations.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate high‑volume content scheduling across multiple subsidiaries.
• Maintain relationships with platform representatives and manage advertising budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
• Proven experience in content creation, publishing, and community management.
• Creative thinker with strong ideation skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, and design principles.
