Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and social media management. The successful candidate will drive paid media campaigns, enhance our social presence, and provide data‑driven insights to improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, continuously improving performance and ROI.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse results, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks to enhance website visibility.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce creative assets.
• Track website traffic and campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media marketing across major platforms.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
