Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Conrad Dubai, a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role leads digital strategies that strengthen online engagement, drive direct bookings and promote the hotel's rooms, food and beverage, spa, wellness, events and e-shop. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Create and run digital strategies aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives, brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, and manage OTA listings with the Revenue Management and Commercial teams.
• Promote rooms, restaurants, brunches, pool experiences, spa, wellness, events, e-gift cards and e-shop, and generate leads for MICE, corporate events, weddings and group bookings.
• Manage spa digital campaigns and online booking, oversee SevenRooms reservations, and optimise WhatsApp marketing.
• Run targeted email campaigns, newsletters and guest re-engagement, keeping database accuracy and consent compliance.
• Coordinate social media content with the marketing and creative teams, monitor online reputation and guest feedback, and ensure brand and data compliance.
• Analyse performance with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Work with Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, F&B, Spa and Operations, and identify digital innovation opportunities.
