Digital Marketing Specialist – Interior Design

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive online visibility and lead generation for two companies within a design‑focused group. This hands‑on role executes approved campaigns, optimises digital channels, and provides data‑driven insights to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and other platforms.
• Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and coordinate technical improvements with web developers.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to reviews.
• Coordinate content planning, support photography/video uploads, and ensure platform‑specific formatting.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads dashboards and social analytics; produce monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain lead tracking in Zoho CRM, ensure accurate source attribution, and support workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital marketer comfortable with end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Experience in design, architecture or luxury sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work closely with management, sales and marketing teams to align objectives.
