Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our online marketing activities in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on acquiring customers, driving e‑commerce revenue and continuously improving performance through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase online growth, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversion rates and overall online revenue.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Track campaign and website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support SEO, website optimisation, promotional campaigns and digital content initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints and coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance or online marketing.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms and delivering measurable improvements in ROAS, ROI and CAC.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
• Experience in e‑commerce or B2C environments is a plus.
