About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to work remotely, supporting brand growth and online visibility through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and online advertising.
• Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, blogs and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance, analyze website traffic and audience behavior, and prepare insight reports.
• Collaborate with design, sales and marketing teams to develop promotional initiatives and improve workflow processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and online engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High school diploma required; further education in marketing or communications is a plus.
