Digital Practice Director - PMCM

About the role

KEO, an award-winning AEP/PMCM firm ranked among the top international design firms, is looking for a Digital Practice Director to join its PM/CM division in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role leads the adoption and implementation of digital solutions to meet the division's needs and challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strategy to build a culture of excellence in professional and technical practice aligned with the PM/CM business.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and pilot artificial intelligence applications to support business operations.
• Create a digital network and strategy, promote the use of systems and technologies, and continuously develop team capabilities.
• Work with PM/CM leaders to deliver the excellence strategy linked to client needs, and align the division with the company-wide digital vision.
• Recommend and drive improvements to existing processes, and create and maintain a knowledge database of guidelines, video tutorials and training sessions.
• Support project leaders in presenting the service offering to clients, take part in bid reviews and client presentations, and conduct project reviews to ensure technical compliance.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Sustainability and continual improvement are embedded in all work, and introduce digital onboarding for team members.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of experience delivering projects using BIM processes and technologies, preferably during the construction stage.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant engineering discipline.
