Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead a digital product from business requirements through design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into clear product direction, while actively owning requirements and driving decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plan.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and service design teams to ensure customer journeys align with business goals.
• Work with architects and development teams on technical constraints, integrations, APIs, and system dependencies.
• Manage product backlog, sprint priorities, releases, and scope throughout delivery.
• Lead workshops with clients and internal teams to align on requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and product acceptance to ensure delivery meets agreed specifications.
• Support launch planning, handover, adoption, and post‑launch optimization.
• Define and track product KPIs, using data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record taking digital products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital customer experience, UX, and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience working with development teams, architects, designers, and QA specialists.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
