Digital Solutions Analyst

About the role

KEO International Consultants is looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst (SharePoint) to join its award‑winning team in Dubai. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new software solutions and enhance existing ones.
• Test, debug, and deploy applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Administer digital platforms, including SharePoint Online and the broader O365 suite.
• Participate in business and systems requirements analysis, code reviews, and process re‑engineering.
• Provide training and support to end‑users during system conversion and implementation.
• Present improvement ideas with cost proposals and embed health, safety, sustainability, and continual improvement into all work practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital solutions support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications (Office 365, ITIL, Project Management, Business Analysis) are a plus.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX.
• Client‑side Object Model (CSOM), PnP PowerShell, JSOM, SOA.
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and SharePoint Online administration.
• Workflow tools such as Nintex, Power Automate (Flow) or K2.
• .NET programming, Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI.
