Digital & Website Specialist

About the role

The Digital & Website Specialist will lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s digital presence. This includes the corporate website, intranet, employee apps, digital signage and social media channels, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, user‑friendly and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑build, manage and keep the corporate website current, accessible and compliant with cybersecurity and data‑privacy policies.
• Monitor website performance (SEO/GEO) and user‑engagement metrics, identify improvement areas and implement enhancements.
• Evaluate and optimise digital infrastructure for employee and leadership communications, including intranet and apps.
• Create and publish digital content such as text, images, videos, infographics and online banners in line with corporate messaging and branding.
• Maintain documentation and change logs for all digital content and platform updates.
• Lead cross‑media communication campaigns and provide support to the wider communications team.
• Supervise the development and upkeep of digital channels (screen kiosks, elevator displays, social media accounts, etc.).

Required profile

• Proven experience in website and digital channel management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data‑privacy and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse SEO performance and user‑engagement data.
• Creative mindset for producing multimedia digital content.
• Project management skills for cross‑media campaigns.
• Commitment to aligning digital output with communication objectives and brand guidelines.
