Dining Attendant

About the role

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly, attentive Dining Attendant to support daily food and beverage operations in Dubai. The role involves preparing dining areas, welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous manner.
• Prepare dining areas, tables, chairs, service stations and buffet areas before service.
• Serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions and allergens.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Assist with inventory replenishment of dining supplies and condiments.
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Support special events, banquets and catering functions as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Dining Attendant or similar role.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, café or catering environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of table setting, food presentation and dining room operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a food and beverage team.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
