Director Consumer Pricing

About the role

Airalo is seeking a Director of Consumer Pricing to shape and execute its global pricing strategy across B2C, B2B and B2B2C offerings. The role will drive revenue growth, margin optimization and competitive positioning for the world’s first eSIM store.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global pricing strategy, balancing customer value, market competitiveness and financial targets.
• Build and manage a pricing organization, including hiring, capability development and operating model design.
• Establish governance, processes and decision‑making frameworks for pricing across all product lines.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Product, Growth, Networks, Finance and Data teams to design pricing, packaging and personalization models.
• Own pricing performance metrics and drive measurable impact on revenue, margin, conversion, customer lifetime value and competitive positioning.
• Develop experimentation frameworks and long‑term monetization strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading pricing functions or commercial strategy at a senior level, preferably in telecom or digital services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into pricing decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
