Director – Corporate Tax & International Tax

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director to lead and expand our Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role blends deep technical tax expertise with client leadership, business development, and team management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax structuring and transaction support.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads and other senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposal preparation and client relationship building.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing corporate tax team.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of tax advisory projects.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability and overall P&L performance.
• Stay current on UAE corporate tax regulations, FTA guidance, transfer pricing and GCC tax developments.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate tax and international tax, with strong UAE/Dubai market exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth, preferably within a Big 4 or leading professional services firm.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA or equivalent.
