Director, Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

Kerzner International is seeking a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage Operations to champion operational excellence across its global hotel portfolio. You will shape and uphold the brand’s F&B standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance global food and beverage operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all outlets and regions.
• Conduct operational audits, quality‑assurance programs, and follow‑up on improvement actions.
• Create operational toolkits, manuals, and support materials for regional and hotel teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand, Culinary, Procurement, Commercial and regional leadership to identify efficiency and financial performance opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational and financial data, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in luxury hospitality food and beverage operations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational standards at a multi‑property level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
