Director, GCC Growth and Client Engagement

About the role

Eurasia Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead and support the firm’s growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This senior client‑facing role will focus on expanding the company’s presence, deepening relationships with existing corporate and institutional investors, and acquiring new clients in both corporate and financial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand trust‑based relationships with corporate leaders and institutional investors in the GCC, identifying new business opportunities and driving client acquisition to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with Eurasia Group leadership to shape and execute a growth strategy for the GCC, collaborating with research, consulting and product teams to develop integrated advisory solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regional geopolitics and market developments to advise clients proactively and generate cross‑sell initiatives between clients and internal research teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client growth, market development or business development within the GCC region, preferably with corporate and financial sector clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global offices, lead strategic initiatives and represent the firm in high‑profile client discussions, conferences and public forums.
