Director Guest Services – Front Services (Bell & Valet)

About the role

The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, slated to open in Spring 2027, is seeking a Director of Guest Services to lead its Front Services (Bell & Valet) operations. This senior leader will ensure seamless guest experiences across multiple service areas in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Bell & Door, Concierge, Business & Logistics, and Valet Service departments.
• Monitor lobby traffic flow and ensure departments handle guest movements efficiently.
• Coordinate with Rooms and Gaming departments to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and quality‑control mechanisms.
• Inspect upkeep and maintenance of departmental areas and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Handle special guest requests, complaints, and corrective actions promptly.
• Manage department administration, paperwork, and operating expenses.
• Schedule rosters, approve overtime/undertime, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Create training plans, write operating procedures, and lead the team to deliver Wynn standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in hospitality guest services or related management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and uphold high service standards.
