Director – Healthcare Banking

About the role

The Director Healthcare will lead the strategic management and expansion of the bank's portfolio within the healthcare sector in the UAE. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards, and achieving revenue and credit quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with healthcare clients across the bank’s product suite.
• Prepare and negotiate transaction documentation such as term sheets, information memoranda and mandate letters.
• Conduct client and market analysis to assess credit, market and operational risks.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality, meet financial targets and drive cross‑selling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, audit, ORM and internal policy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate/wholesale banking, preferably covering healthcare clients.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
