Director - Marketing and Communication (UAE National Only)

About the role

Dubai Chambers is looking for a Director of Marketing and Communication, open only to UAE nationals. The role leads the enterprise brand, creative, marketing and communications agenda, turning the strategy and three-chamber mandate into a distinctive, trusted and measurable global presence. It covers integrated communications, reputation management, digital channels and experiences such as the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise brand strategy, identity and bilingual content, and lead brand audits and reputation research
• Set creative direction and run a disciplined bilingual content operation, from brief to post-campaign evaluation
• Develop the annual marketing strategy, channel plan and campaigns combining paid, owned, earned and shared channels
• Own the corporate website and digital channels, including the website roadmap, marketing technology and measurement roadmap, and responsible use of AI
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, PR, issues management and executive messaging
• Advise the President and CEO on brand and reputation, and tailor communications for government, members, investors and international audiences
• Set standards for events, international offices and partnerships, and build a multidisciplinary team and departmental budget
