Director, Middle East Capture

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director to lead Business Development for its Middle East portfolio. The role focuses on generating and capturing new opportunities, shaping capture strategies, and driving revenue growth across defense and commercial customers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and capture business opportunities throughout the Middle East, including extensive international travel and trade‑show coordination.
• Develop deep knowledge of country‑specific budget cycles, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape to inform capture plans and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain continuous engagement with existing and prospective clients, generate growth strategies, and monitor buying cycles.
• Lead proposal development and capture efforts, collaborating closely with engineering, program management, and product teams.
• Act as Anduril’s brand ambassador, conveying client perspectives internally and externally.

Required profile

• High initiative and collaborative mindset with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Proven experience in business development or capture management within defense, technology, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East market, including customer procurement processes and budget timelines.
• Ability to travel frequently across the region and represent the company at industry events.
