About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Director of Academic Excellence. This remote, senior‑level position will shape and scale a proven AI‑driven learning model that enables students to achieve twice the learning rate in just two hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that translate learning‑science principles into curriculum, motivation systems, and application design.
• Conduct performance reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results across school sites.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation to assess academic ecosystems, identify barriers, and recommend targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning, continuous feedback, and milestone monitoring.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑stakes forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing measurable academic systems at scale.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and driving results in diverse school environments.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and credibility to advocate for evidence‑based education reform globally.
