About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Director of Client Development to lead the creation of a high‑value guest community across its Signature portfolio. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with VIP guests and influential partners, driving repeat visitation and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Build a community of high‑value guests around the Signature portfolio, fostering repeat visitation and long‑term loyalty.
• Develop meaningful relationships with VIPs, private offices and influential connectors.
• Design engagement strategies that create memorable moments and increase guest return frequency.
• Partner closely with on‑site teams to ensure returning guests feel recognised and valued.
• Use insight and intuition to identify opportunities for reconnection, retention and deeper engagement across venues.
• Elevate the Client Development function to directly influence revenue, guest value and brand strength.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in client development, CRM or luxury guest relations.
• 3–5 years managing VIP engagement, loyalty or clienteling strategies across multiple venues or brands.
• Proven ability to build networks that drive repeat business and revenue.
• Strong understanding of high‑net‑worth and luxury guest segments.
• Experience using CRM and guest data to influence commercial performance at portfolio level.
