Director Of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all food and beverage operations across the property, including culinary outlets, restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will shape the department’s strategy, ensure brand standards are met and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a food & beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand’s business goals.
• Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels to meet guest service expectations and financial targets.
• Oversee procurement, ordering and inventory control for equipment and supplies.
• Lead a monthly self‑inspection programme to maintain quality and safety.
• Set performance targets, monitor financial results and recommend budgetary adjustments.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance profitability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven leadership experience in food & beverage, culinary or event management within a hotel or resort environment.
