Director of Franchise Business – Asia

About the role

The Director, Franchise Business – Asia will lead franchise management for Krispy Kreme’s Asian markets from our Dubai office. Working closely with global teams in the US and regional franchise partners, you will shape and execute strategic plans that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and align strategic plans for each franchise partner with the brand’s framework.
• Support implementation of critical levers such as home delivery and DFD.
• Manage the new unit pipeline, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Review and approve new and relocation sites, forecasting asset actions.
• Identify profit‑improvement opportunities and define action plans across supply, logistics, labor, G&A and CAPEX.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on opening campaigns and LTO promotions.
• Guide partners through data analysis and best‑practice sharing.
• Provide operational insights to drive top‑class results.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of operations experience in QSR or related food concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Proven leadership and project‑management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.
• Track record with NMO events and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• High integrity, performance‑focused mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
