Director of Hospitality

About the role

The organization is looking for an experienced Director of Hospitality Operations to lead end‑to‑end hospitality functions, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hospitality departments.
• Oversee reception, concierge, butler services and guest relations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage housekeeping, laundry, restaurants, coffee lounges, pool and beach operations, in‑room dining, bars and clubs.
• Ensure effective maintenance, engineering support and overall property readiness.
• Coordinate governmental inspections, audits, CID requirements and liaison with authorities.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Lead departmental heads, manage budgets and uphold hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 12–15 years of hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven oversight of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations, CID requirements and government compliance.
• Experience managing luxury hotels, resorts or large‑scale hospitality properties.
• Excellent leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
