Director of Infrastructure

About the role

The Director of Infrastructure will lead KEO’s Infrastructure Division in Dubai, ensuring that financial, operational and quality objectives are achieved. This senior position combines strategic planning, business development and technical delivery to drive the branch’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to global and business strategies for the Infrastructure Division and set performance targets.
• Prepare and manage the annual business plan for the Dubai branch.
• Achieve operational and financial targets, aligning with the branch’s strategy.
• Implement and oversee the Quality Management System across the branch.
• Lead contract negotiations, manage variation orders, disputes and claims.
• Represent KEO with clients, sub‑contractors and JV partners as the branch ambassador.
• Assess technical capability needs and ensure the branch maintains optimal expertise.
• Drive team performance toward strategic objectives.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and service quality.
• Coordinate monthly branch reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of post‑graduate engineering experience, including design and business development.
• 5‑10 years in a senior managerial role within a consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Full corporate membership of an internationally recognised professional institution (e.g., C.Eng., M.I.C.E., P.E.).
• PMP certification is advantageous.
