Director Player Development - International Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director Player Development to lead its International Marketing team. Based at the upcoming luxury resort near Dubai, you will drive revenue growth across the WAMI region by building high‑value guest relationships and overseeing VIP player programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue and expand market share through strategic player development initiatives.
• Identify, acquire and retain high‑value guests, creating tailored acquisition and retention plans.
• Monitor and grow gaming revenue via VIP programmes, events and hosted trips.
• Analyse player performance, trip value and reinvestment to maximise profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop the Executive Host and Host teams, setting performance goals and revenue targets.
• Utilise database marketing insights to identify high‑potential players and optimise player lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations and Analytics on budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in gaming marketing, player development or business development.
• Previous leadership experience managing host or VIP teams, preferably in an international setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow VIP player segments.
