Director, Private Banking – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Director for its Private Banking front‑office relationship management team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on revenue generation, managing high‑value client portfolios, and driving business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships while attracting new high‑net‑worth prospects.
• Increase invested‑asset share by delivering tailored investment solutions and conducting regular account reviews with Investment Advisors.
• Grow client share‑of‑wallet and diversify the Private Bank through direct investment opportunities and cross‑selling with Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking and Asset Management lines.
• Lead by example, inspire junior team members and build a personal client portfolio.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or a Bachelor’s degree; CFA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• 10‑15 years of relevant financial‑services experience, including at least 2 years in Middle‑Eastern markets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets and portfolio management.
• Expertise in investment products, compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Familiarity with offshore account and trust structures.
