Director - Program Sales

About the role

As Director of Program Sales at Inception42, you will originate, shape, and close large‑scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services and sustained AI model consumption. You will engage major UAE enterprises—including banks, telcos, government entities, energy firms, airlines and critical infrastructure organisations—to turn executive interest into funded, deliverable roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Run executive discovery workshops to translate AI ambition into prioritized, fundable use cases and shape large professional‑services programmes.
• Architect credible frontier‑AI solutions and engage security, compliance, legal, procurement and technology stakeholders, including CISO‑level discussions.
• Own delivery feasibility assessments—risk, timeline, dependencies and resourcing—ensuring proofs of concept have a clear path to production and building repeatable industry offerings.
• Drive sustained model/API consumption after go‑live and expand accounts by converting delivered programmes into follow‑on transformation work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field (MBA a plus). 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional‑services sales, preferably in AI, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record shaping and closing large professional‑services programmes, with experience in hyperscaler CTO/principal solution architect roles, Big 4 or strategy consulting, cybersecurity vendors, or large‑scale digital transformation delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to take proofs of concept into funded, production‑grade programmes with sustained consumption, and the judgment to decline deals that cannot be delivered.
