Distribution Executive – Logistics Coordination

About the role

The Distribution Executive will lead daily delivery and dispatch activities for a leading petrochemical and paint manufacturing company. This full‑time position ensures that goods move efficiently from the factory to customers while maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily delivery and dispatch schedules to guarantee timely distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams to streamline logistics workflows.
• Optimize fleet utilization, track logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues promptly to sustain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch or distribution within the paint or similar manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, fleet coordination and overall logistics processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Experience using logistics management software.
