District Manager – Consumer Pharma (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The District Manager will lead the consumer pharma sales network across Abu Dhabi, ensuring stores meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and compliance. You will motivate teams, manage budgets and drive revenue growth for the division.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each store operates efficiently, meeting company standards for service, cleanliness and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to secure long‑term retention.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and district sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and stock replenishment to minimise stockouts.
• Manage district budgets, payroll and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and corporate directives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute district‑level sales strategies.
• Experience managing high‑priority accounts and resolving escalations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
