About the role
VOLTRONIX CONTRACTING LLC is seeking experienced Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineers to join its construction engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering G+4 building projects while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and approvals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Dubai Municipality approvals and on‑site inspections.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
- Ensure all works meet Dubai Municipality standards.
- Supervise project execution, documentation and technical submissions.
Required profile
- Valid DM Approved Engineer License (mandatory).
- Proven experience on G+4 building projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and approval processes.
- Ability to manage site coordination, inspections and technical submissions.
- Experience in consultancy or contracting projects is preferred.
