Document Controller (Emirati National)

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an Emirati National Document Controller to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation in an organized and timely manner.
• Classify, file and store documents using the organization’s Document Management System (DMS).
• Monitor and update document workflows to support project timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper document submissions, tracking and version control.
• Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards, including formatting and versioning.
• Support audit processes by preparing and providing required document records.
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of document control procedures and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.

Required profile

• Emirati National.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proactive approach to ensuring document accuracy and compliance.
