About the role
Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC is urgently seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Document Controller to join its team in Ajman. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a salary of AED 4,000‑5,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit material submittals in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Manage and continuously track all document submittals to ensure timely processing and proper record‑keeping.
- Maintain accurate, organized QA/QC documentation, ensuring that all files are up‑to‑date and readily accessible.
- Coordinate closely with project and site teams to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any documentation issues promptly.
Required profile
- Possess a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in QA/QC documentation, preferably within construction or landscaping projects.
- Demonstrate immediate availability to join the team without delay.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation processes and standards.
- Familiarity with material submittal procedures and the ability to manage related paperwork efficiently.
