About the role

Manage all aspects of asset documentation, including collection, verification, uploading and linking into SAP for Emirates Steel Industries.

Key responsibilities

Locate and retrieve documentation linked to assets identified by the Reliability Team, coordinating with Operations and Maintenance.
Review documentation against asset codes and verify with end users.
Upload documents into SAP, assign unique SAP document numbers and link them to the correct asset tags.
Maintain and update the master spreadsheet and SAP work orders for the Design Engineering team.
Support team members and perform any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Document Controller.

Required profile

Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of document control experience, preferably in the steel industry.
Experience handling asset documentation and working in the Middle East.

Required skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands‑on experience with SAP.
