Document Controller

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain company documents and records in Dubai. The role requires strong administrative abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to keep documents organized, up‑to‑date, and easily accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain both electronic and physical document filing systems.
• Receive, review, classify, and distribute incoming documents to relevant departments.
• Ensure proper naming, numbering, version‑control, and filing of documents.
• Track revisions, approvals, and distribution, and maintain document registers and reports.
• Scan, upload, copy, archive documents and coordinate with internal teams for submissions and approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar administrative role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of document management and filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
