Door Attendant – Front Services

About the role

Join the Front Services team at Wynn Al Marjan Island as a Door Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures at this luxury beachside resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and a welcoming presence.
• Open doors for guests and assist with entry and exit from vehicles.
• Coordinate with bell attendants and valet staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
• Provide directions and information about the property and local area.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
• Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and order.
• Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and discretion.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival and departure times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest‑facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
