About the role
The Door Attendant is the first point of contact for guests at a luxury hotel in Dubai. You will welcome visitors, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as required.
- Manage delivery of luggage and ensure its safe keeping.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, VIP guests, and special events.
- Provide information on local attractions, landmarks, and transportation options.
- Adhere to Hilton brand standards and present a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, discreet attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and its surrounding area is preferred.
